The tech showed up quickly, which I do appreciate, and the fridge is working again now. It was annoying to deal with in the first place, but at least they got it handled without dragging it out.

Had to exchange an appliance that ended up not being the right fit. i was expecting it to be a hassle, but Grand Appliance handled it well. The staff on the phone was helpful and explained what needed to happen. Relief. The only downside was that scheduling the new one took a little longer than I hoped. Annoying. Still, the process was clear, and everything got sorted out without too much stress

"Easy Fridge Shopping Experience"
We stopped in to check out a new fridge, and compared to some other places we’ve shopped, the staff here struck a nice balance. They were helpful and answered our questions, but didn’t hover or pressure us the whole time. They showed us a few options that actually fit our budget, which I appreciated. Checkout was a little slower than I expected, but nothing too frustrating. Overall, it was a good experience, and I’d go back.

"Fridge Order Didn’t Go as Expected"
I ordered a fridge because it looked like it was in stock on the website, or at least that’s how it seemed when I checked out. Then a few days later they told me it was actually backordered, but there wasn’t really a clear date for when it would come in. Customer service wasn’t bad, I guess, but it was still frustrating since I had already been planning around the delivery. I just wish the site was more accurate about what’s actually available before letting you place the order

Ordered from grandappliance and the delivery went smoooth. They called before they came and showed up within the time window, which I really appreciated. The two delivery guys were polite and careful getting the appliance inside. They didn't rush, but they also weren't dragging it out forever, and they cleaned up all the packing stuff after. Only giving 4 stars because the tracking info was kinda confusing at first, but the delivery team themselves were great.

"Finally, a Delivery That Didn’t Waste My Day"
I ordered from grandappliance, i’m still annoyed at how many other companies act like it’s impossible to show up on time. These guys actually delivered right when they said they would, so I didn’t have to sit around all day like an idiot waiting. The driver was quick, everything looked good, and the whole thing went smoothly. If other places mess this up, that’s on them.

"Left feeling unsure about the dishwasher options"
I went in hoping to compare a few dishwashers and get some clear guidance, but the sales guy didn’t really seem confident about the details. He kept looking things up on the website, which I don’t mind, but then some of the answers he gave didn’t line up with the specs I was seeing, and that made it hard to trust the information.

It wasn’t a terrible experience or anything, but when you’re about to spend that kind of money, you want to feel like someone is helping you make a good decision. Instead, I left feeling more confused and a little frustrated, like I was on my own trying to figure it all out.

"Online order was more hassle than expected"
I ordered a dishwasher online, the checkout part was totally fine. But after that, it just started getting frustrating because I didn’t get any clear updates for a few days.

I ended up having to call to find out the delivery date had been moved. The person I talked to was nice, but the whole thing felt unorganized. It did show up eventually, just not when I had planned, so I probably wouldn’t order online again.

"Tired of Dealing With Fixes After Delivery"
The delivery itself went fine, but the installation was careless. The washer wasn’t leveled properly, and then the hose started leaking after they left. I ended up having to call someone else to come fix it, which was the last thing I wanted to deal with. I’m just tired of having to chase solutions for things that should’ve been done right the first time

"Definitely Not Worth the Price"
The fridge looked totally fine when it showed up, so I thought everything was good. But after just a few weeks, it started making this weird noise that I’m 100% sure should not be happening. It still works, so I’ll give it that, but the quality feels way cheaper than it should for the price. I’m absolutely convinced there are better options out there.

"Checkout was kinda frustrating"
The site was fine for the most part, but things got kinda annoying once I got to checkout. My cart was loading really slowly, and the payment page froze once, so I had to start over. The delivery fees also weren’t super clear until the very end, which was frustrating. I did eventually get my order placed, but it took way longer than I expected. Not the worst experience, just definitely not a smooth checkout

"Washer Arrived Exactly as Ordered"
I ordered a washer from grandappliance and everything showed up just right, the model, color, and details all matched my receipt exactly. I was a little nervous because I’ve had the wrong items shipped from other places before, but this order was spot on. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars is because the delivery window changed once, so I had to rearrange my day a bit. It wasn’t a huge issue, just a little inconvenient. Overall, I’m happy with the purchase.
